Confetti Quilting is fun. Noriko Endo is the queen of Confetti Quilting. I took a class from her in Houston in 2013. She was amazing. Four years later in 2017, I went to the Empty Spools Seminar in Asilomar in Northern California. I took a combination confetti/applique class from Nancy Ryan &Denise Oyama Miller. The class forced me to try confetti quilting again. Lately, I’ve started teaching the classes.
This first quilt is just a small sample for a three hour class.
Another class sample with a different tulle (netting) on top
“My 1940 Ford” This quilt features an applique of my 1940 Fordor Ford Deluxe. I bought this car when I was 19 and had it fixed up in time for my wedding.
This quilt features my husband’s car. It’s called “Dale’s ’57 Chev.”
