80’s Retrospective

I started quilting in the 80’s. I had four children in the 80’s and my time was limited.  I had dreams of smocking little girls dresses and visions of homemade quilts on all the beds.  This was what I actually made.

Commissioned by Pauline Edgelow. I made two of these, one in green and one in red.

My first real quilt. This was for Katy; she picked the colours.

I made this for over Katy’s crib in 1983. Technically, I think it’s my first quilt
